Invention Submission

InventHelp attempts to submit inventors' ideas to companies in the hope of obtaining a good-faith review. InventHelp maintains a private Data Bank companies that have agreed to review InventHelp clients' inventions in confidence. The companies in the Data Bank range from small to large in size and cover a variety of fields.

Invention Prototype Models

For inventors who do not have prototypes or working models of their inventions, InventHelp offers a 3D Prototype Model package. The process begins with a CAD drawing of the invention, which is then used as a blueprint for constructing a three-dimensional model on state-of-the-art 3D printers. Though InventHelp 3D prototype models are not fully functional, they provides reasonably accurate physical representations of clients' inventions.

Virtual Invention Prototype (VIP)

The Virtual Invention Prototype is a computer-generated 3D model of an invention on CD-ROM. It enables the invention to be viewed from all sides and rotated 360° at the click of a mouse. InventHelp's Virtual Invention Prototype also shows the invention's advantages, features and market information.

Patent Referral Services

InventHelp refers clients to registered patent attorneys or agents, who, if retained by the clients, can either perform preliminary U.S. patentability search and opinions, or can prepare and prosecute U.S. patent applications. Due to the volume of work that InventHelp refers to patent attorneys and agents, InventHelp clients are able to obtain very low rates for patent services.
