This is HG's latest information center. A main objective of HG.org is to offer free, updated information about the law to the general public.

This Center, currently in progress, provides useful information to the public addressing the various divorce laws in the U.S. The divorce law overviews include other related topics as well,such as legal separation and their counterparts; annulment; property division; maintenance and spousal support; child custody and visitation; child support; and domestic partnership and/or civil union dissolution. The Divorce Law Center home page also provides a generic overview of these topics for the United States, in general.
