Financial Industry Computer Systems, Inc. (FICS) was co-founded in 1983 by Carl Grahan. FICS specializes in providing loan processing and servicing software to the mortgage industry. FICS is located in Addison, Texas and has served more than 1300 financial organizations nationwide.
Software
FICS offers software for both residential and commercial mortgage professionals. FICS provides loan origination software to the residential mortgage industry and commercial loan servicing software to the commercial real-estate industry. The latest technology, such as innovative imaging and web-based capabilities, is utilized in FICS's LoanWare Suite of software products in order to provide customers with the best the loan software industry can provide.
