Currently working on the Purchase and Lease-Up of Cincinnati Mall, Cincinnati, Ohio.

Covalt Simms Commons – Arvada, Colorado - . Scott Covalt redeveloped major Community Shopping Center into Condos. Created HOA, Declarations, Bylaws, Covenants & Restrictions and Maintenance agreement. Conversion consisted of demising property into thirty four (34) separate units by surveying walls, designing electric, gas meters and lines to each unit, new rooftop units, designing new storefronts, loading dock, planning the re-routing of fire sprinkler system, interior and exterior lighting, re-designing sign band area for entire building, landscaping and re-striping parking lot.

Covalt Lakeshore Condominiums – Evans, Colorado - Scott Covalt redeveloped 64 Four-plex units into 256 Residential Condos. Created HOA, Declarations, Bylaws, Covenants & Restrictions and Maintenance agreement. Sold entire project within 90 days.

Covalt Tierra Condominiums – Fort Collins, Colorado – SCOCO, LLC developed Eight multi family Residential Condos. Created HOA, Declarations, Bylaws, Covenants & Restrictions and Maintenance agreement.

Covalt Park Central Condominiums – Fort Collins, Colorado – SCOCO, LLC redeveloped a Neighborhood Shopping Center into Condos. Created HOA, Declarations, Bylaws, Covenants & Restrictions and Maintenance agreement. Conversion consisted of demising property into separate units by building demising walls, installing electric meters, rewiring electric, installing gas meters and lines to each unit, installing new rooftop units, constructing new storefronts, constructing a loading dock, re-routing fire sprinkler system, installing interior and exterior lighting, re-designing sign band area for entire project, landscaping and re-striping parking lots. Sold 60% of project simultaneously at purchase closing and the balance in 60 days.

Spring Meadows Condo – Rehab Project – Fort Collins, Colorado – Scott Covalt purchased, rehabbed two Residential Condo units at Springmeadows Condominiums.

Residential/Commercial Condo Conversion – Winchester, Tennessee – Global Trade Investments, LLC optioned an existing Hotel/Retail operation, Converted Hotel into residential vacation condos and converted retail buildings into a single a vacation condo and Retail Condos.

'Cougar Mesa Estates' – Land Subdivision- Durango, Colorado – Scott Covalt purchased 210 acres of land in LaPlata County, Colorado and subdivided into six, 35 acre parcels. Created HOA, Declarations, Bylaws, Covenants & Restrictions and Maintenance agreement. Built 1.3 mile road through subdivision, installed electric, phone, and water to each parcel. Sold out in 8 months.
